Ascites has been one of the most frustrating experience for me when my mom got it because of her Ovarian Cancer, her suffering made me desperate to find possible cure for the symptom, perhaps eradicate the cause as well. Unfortunately or fortunately main stream medical science which is a useless medical system in my opinion, has no real cure for Ascites, which should bring down the hope for many out there who are suffering from the symptom. In my mother’s care all they suggested was Chemotherapy which again is not a cure but a temporary relief from the symptom. Liver Failure or Liver Malfunction

Ascites that occurs due to Liver failure or malfunction like Cirrhosis of liver, fatty liver etc.. are most common among people who take in Alcohol or addicted to it. If the liver failed to function, there are liver transplant treatments which should rectify the problem, but if the liver is in the danger zone of a failure or if that’s what Doctors said.
