OPPO Ulike 2 – Android Smartphone Designed For Ladies

There is a belief mostly among ladies that most smartphones that are released today were designed with Men in mind, they lack the touch of feminism, while you as a guy find that bit odd to accept. But a smartphone designed specially for ladies in mind is not a new concept, there were few models from HTC, Micromax an Indian mobile manufacturer and I am sure there must be bunch of other players in the mobile market who did the same.

Oppo who has been recently gathering more popularity in China and around the world for their well configured and low priced smartphones, has came up with its own model Oppo Ulike 2, this model is specially designed for ladies, it has a curved backing which enables for easy gripping and colored white which gives a more feminine feel to it.

Handset will feature a 4.5 inch display with the resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, 1 GB RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, 5 megapixels front facing camera, 8 megapixels rear facing camera with LED flash and its connectivity options which includes 3.5 mm headphone jack, Wi-fi, 3G and micro USB 2.0. Runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and I do not have any information on any future upgrades to Jelly bean from the manufacturer for now. There is no word on the type of processor used in this device, its powered by 2020 mAh battery which should provide for some decent battery back up.

Goes on sale from today and its priced at around $370 and its available only in China for now.
