4. Make sure to wash off your undies and panties with a soap Sanitizer when you enter your home after using public toilets.

Women on periods must take extra care and precautions while using public toilets. It’s necessary to properly dispose of the sanitary pads. Flushing it in a toilet may lead to infection for others using the same toilet.
