Ingredients
- Dry ginger powder – 3/4 cup
- Sugar – 2 cups
- Milk – 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Make a sugar syrup by adding enough water, once the sugar syrup starts to gather consistency, add a teaspoon of milk to it. This is will make the dirt particles to float on top. Remove the dirt using a teaspoon.
- Once the sugar syrup has reached the right consistency add the ginger powder and keep mixing it till gets solidified.
- Once it has solidified enough, turn off the heat and cut it into small pieces while it is hot.
- You can store away the candies in a dry glass container once it has cooled enough for consumption.
